Phase 1 (Prep Work)

This phase involves a process of covering everything with plastic or blocking off areas we are not working in with our curtain poles before we start the removal process. Any furniture, cabinets, appliances, and Hvac system are taped up with plastic for your assurance. to schedule a consultation!

Phase 2 (Tile Removal)

Before we start this phase we’ll set up 16” exhaust fans with 30 ft tubes around your house helping with dust control. We then attach a vacuum with a hepa dust bag inside the vacuum collecting the dust to our jackhammers, this is a method we use to minimize the dust. 

Phase 3 (Thin-Set Removal)

Our method to removing thin-set is the same as the tile removal phase. We’ll have our vacuums attached our equipment combined with our exhaust fans. Additional we’ll constantly spray water on the thin-set, this controls the dust from getting airborne.

Phase 4 (clean up)

Finally we clean up. We vacuum up the flooring, wipe down the baseboards, and wipe down the walls. During this process we make sure every is as clean as we got the house but without the tile. After all the vacuuming we take down all the prep work
